We’re driven by a simple goal: to deliver exceptional quality and unforgettable flavor. Our commitment runs deep—through careful product selection and unwavering attention to detail. Why Angus?
Angus beef is prized for its fine marbling, visible throughout each cut. This natural marbling enhances tenderness, juiciness, and flavor—creating a dining experience unlike any other. Try our Angus beef, and you’ll taste the difference.
Because it’s better. Because it’s real.
What type of grading does your beef have?
We are committed to quality, which is why we only select and sell beef that is graded High Choice or above. This higher grade ensures superior marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor in every cut. By holding our standards above the industry norm, we’re able to deliver a consistently premium eating experience you can taste in every bite.
How is your beef raised and finished?
Our beef is sustainably and humanely raised with care from start to finish—grazed on lush green pastures and finished on high-quality grain products. This balanced approach supports animal well-being while enhancing marbling and taste, resulting in beef that’s not only responsibly raised but exceptionally delicious.
Where do you sell your beef and how is it sold?
We are fully licensed to sell beef in both Nebraska and Washington, with all of our beef USDA processed, sold frozen, and vacuum sealed to lock in freshness and quality. We currently offer convenient pickup in Ellensburg, Washington, and also bring our beef directly to you through pop-up locations on select dates.
How do I cook the perfect steak?
Cooking the perfect steak starts with quality beef—especially dry-aged steak, which has been carefully aged to enhance tenderness and concentrate rich, beefy flavor. Let your steak come to room temperature, season generously with salt and pepper, and cook it over high heat to create a deep, flavorful crust. Sear in a hot pan or on a grill, flipping once, until it reaches your desired doneness, then finish with a pat of butter or a touch of fresh herbs.
